Each and every one of us is different. We have different talents, predispositions and experiences. HAG deeply cherishes this diversity, strives for developing it and using it as best as possible to implement our common idea. This is the idea of ​​humanistic architecture, which means surrounding people with architecture that focuses primarily on their needs. We work hard and use our creativity with great commitment and a sense of mission. Naturally, we also value free time and take care of our team’s mental hygiene, which is why we adopted a 4-day work week. On Fridays, we cultivate relationships with our loved ones, we look for rest and peace in nature, we enjoy reading books (preferably those about happy and soft cities). HAG wants to create a place full of inspiration, where openness and creative thinking combined with respect for diversity are promoted and strongly encouraged.
